When will my order ship?
Orders placed on PigmentedBeauty.com are processed and shipped from our warehouse within 1-3 business days. Orders placed after 12:00PM will begin to process the next business day. (Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will not be processed until the following Monday. Shipments and deliveries only occur on weekdays. Shipping and delivery is subject to change and will be determined at the time of order.
You will get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships from Ace.ng.
How much will it cost to ship my order? Shipping is calculated by location and total weight of package, shipping cost is automatically calculated when you add items to shopping cart and input your location. We ship across Nigeria via a shipping partner and do not handle the logistics of shipping in house. Pigmented Beauty is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery that are outside of our control. In no event shall Pigmented Beauty be responsible for incidental or consequential damages.
Does Pigmented Beauty ship internationally?
We do ship outside Nigeria, but note that due to constant shipping cost surges we currently use a third party platform to handle our international order on Afrikea.com
How long will I have to wait for my items? Transit times are typically 2 to 5 business days within Southwest Nigeria & up to 15 days for other parts of the country
- Local orders are shipped via Ace.ng and in some rare cases, UPS, and GIGM
- All international orders are handled by UPS and DHL
- Business days do not include weekends and/or holidays.
- Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 4 – 22 days. This varies greatly depending on the shipping companies.
